I always wonder why people keep applying for the jobs in most competitive industries like nursing and IT when some of the easiest professions are mostly overlooked. I am 100% sure that 90% of people have never searched for sales jobs in Germany.
I think the problem is not with the people that are applying for the job because Germany’s dynamics are completely different than the rest of the world. If you tell me to apply for a sales job in UK, USA, or Canada, I would strongly disagree because these countries have a huge force of sales professionals in their country.
